Take part in the Branch Out, Make Waves challenge with your group!
Do you want to help the environment, build relationships, learn, and have fun all at the same time? Across New Brunswick, youth groups and schools are challenged to plant trees and/or clean up shorelines or riversides.

Get creative! Take pictures, make a piece of art and get your community involved in your conservation work. Share your results with others on the NBEN website for a chance to win a prize! A grand prize will be awarded to the project that gets the most votes!

Getting started
  1. Get your school or community youth group on board (or create one!)
  2. Decide which project you want to participate in: tree planting or shoreline/riverside cleanup, or both!
  3. Link up with a local community group. Don’t know any? Contact us and we can help you!
  4. Read the challenge rules and register! (Please register before October 12th, 2018. Projects must take place before October 27st, 2018.)
  5. Start to think inventively on how you can help restore an area in your community!
