The  Sisson  Brook Mine is currently registered under both federal and
provincial   environmental  assessment  processes  and  some  of  this
assessment is being conducted jointly by both levels of government.

The  Conservation  Council  has  an  action alert action alert on this
project.

For  the  federal  assessment process, the public had until October 3,
2011  to  comment  on the Draft Terms of Reference.  Federal documents
